שטר מכר מן המאה ה-11 על חלק מבית, בכתב ערבי. העסקה נערכה בין [...] אל-יהודי אל-חרירי (סוחר המשי היהודי, שהוא הקונה) לבין אבו אל-בִּשְׁר וסַלְמוּן בני [...] (שהם המוכרים) (... اشترى منهما صفقة واحدة). מוזכרת גם כמות של 25 כוורות דבורים מאיכות מעולה (خمسة وعشرون خلية من اجود ما يكون). המונח ח'נדק (תעלה) מופיע לפחות פעמיים, וכן מוזכרים אל-קייסריה, עצים מסוימים (אל-סדרה), כיכר, ובסתאן (אולי המקום שבו נמצאות הכוורות?). מתוארך: 19 בשוואל שנת 4[.]7 להג'רה. אחד העדים הוא אחמד בן נֻצַיר בן מוחמד. דורש בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: An 11th-century deed of sale for a portion of a house, in Arabic script. In between a [...] al-yahūdī al-ḥarīrī (the Jewish silk trader, who is the buyer) and Abū l-Bishr and Salmūn the sons of [...] (who are the sellers) (... اشترى منهما صفقة واحدة). A quantity of 25 high-quality beehives (خمسة وعشرون خلية من اجود ما يكون) is also mentioned. Mentions the term khandaq (trench) at least twice, al-qayṣariyya, certain trees (al-sidra), a plaza, and a bustān (the location of the beehives?). Dated: 19 Shawwāl 4[.]7 AH. One of the witnesses is Aḥmad b. Nuṣayr b. Muḥammad. Needs further examination.
