רקטו (שימוש משני): מכתב בערבית-יהודית שנכתב במרחב סביב שרבוט גדול. המכתב מזכיר כניסה לאלכסנדריה, ומתאר כיצד "כל חברינו האלכסנדרונים, צעירים כזקנים, מצרים בשל מצוקתו/מצוקתך, וכואבים על מה שפקד אותו (אבל?)". בחלק התחתון, באזור הברכות, מוזכר אבו יוסף. ורסו (שימוש מקורי): שתי שורות ממסמך ערבי בעל מראה רשמי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Letter in Judaeo-Arabic written in the space around a large scribble. Mentions entering Alexandria; and how "all of our colleagues the Alexandrians, young and old, are distressed on account of his/your distress, in pain due to what afflicted him (a bereavement?)."
