צד א: קבלת מס לאבו אל-חסן בן והב על ערבותו לצביעה במדינת אל-פיום. מתוארכת: 20 ר' ב' 404 לה'ה (17 באוקטובר 1013 לסה'נ). נכתב על ידי מיח'ל בן עבד אל-מסיח. הצד האחורי (כפי שמשתמר) מכיל הצהרה של פקיד בפני דיואן בפיום.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Tax receipt issued to Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb for his ḍamān on dyeing in Madīnat al-Fayyūm. Dated: 20 Rabīʿ II 404 (17 October 1013). (Khan read 8 Rabīʿ II 404.) Amount: one-third and one-eighth dīnār. Written by the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Measurements: 13 × 8.5 cm. The verso (as conserved), written before the recto, contains the statement of an official before a dīwān in the Fayyūm.
