מכתב מאוחר שנכתב על ידי יום טוב קשטיאל עם חותמת חתימה עברית. מופנה בורסו 'לידי החביבה הצנועה מסעודה מב'ת, לירושלים.' מהשורות הפותחות נראה שיום טוב כותב לאמו מסעודה ('אלעזיזה אלמכרומה אמי').
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter, late, writtenb by Yom Tov Qashtiel, with a Hebrew signature stamp. Addressed on verso "to the hand of the dear modest Masʿūda מב׳׳ת, to Jerusalem." Based on the opening lines of the letter, it seems that Yom Tov was writing to his mother Masʿūda (אלעזיזה אלמכרומה אמי). The ink stamp seal bears the name of the letter sender.
