מכתב אל הנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה. שריד קטן הכולל את הפתיחה וחלק מכתובת הנמען. כתוב בעברית ובערבית-יהודית. ייתכן שמדובר באותה יד הכותבת המופיעה בשני קטעים נוספים (ייתכן ששניהם או רק אחד מהם זהים בכתב היד). חלק מהמידע נמסר על ידי יעקב מילר.
