מסמך משפטי הנוגע לגירושיה של אישה בשם סת אלדאר, אשר סירבה לקבל את גט פיטוריה. ההליך התנהל בפיקוחו של "סיידנא אלנגיד" ר' חננאל (בן שמואל). מסמך זה נדון אצל גויטיין ופרידמן, והוא אחת מעדויות המפתח לכך שחננאל בן שמואל שימש בתפקיד הנגיד לפרק זמן קצר בשלהי שנות ה-1230 או בראשית שנות ה-1240. נדפס במהדורת דוד, "Divorce" 2:299–301.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document concerning the divorce of a woman Sitt al-Dār, who refused to receive her bill of divorce. The procedure was supervised by “sayyidnā al-nagid" R. Ḥananʾel (b. Shemuʾel). This document is discussed in Goitein and Friedman, India Traders, p. 114. It is one of the main pieces of evidence that Ḥananʾel b. Shemuel served as Nagid for a brief time in the last 1230s or early 1240s. Ed. David, "Divorce" 2:299–301.
