מסמך בכתב ערבי. שתי רצועות אנכיות צרות מאוד המלאות בכתב ערבי מגושם וגס. ככל הנראה מדובר בטקסט מאגי, אם כי הקביעה מבוססת כולה על המראה החיצוני ולא על קריאה ממשית של התוכן. שם האל מופיע פעמים רבות מאוד, ולעיתים מלווה לפניו או אחריו בשהאדה (הצהרת האמונה המוסלמית). ייתכן שמדובר בתפילה או בלחש-קמע.
