חשבון בערבית-יהודית הכולל ספרות אלפאנומריות ופריטים מסומנים בתוויות, כגון "חלב/ חליב". על פי הפליאוגרפיה, ניתן לתארך את המסמך למאות ה-16 עד ה-18. בצד ימין של הצד הקדמי (recto) מוזכר השם יצחק פעמיים. הקטע קטן למדי, אך ניכר בו הקפל הפנימי של מה שהיה ככל הנראה דף כפול (ביפוליום) גדול יותר. תיארוך: המאה ה-16 או מאוחר יותר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Account in Judaeo-Arabic with alphanumerical figures and itemized labels such as "milk/ ḥalīb" that may date from the 16th-18th centuries (based on the paleography). On the right side of the recto the name Yiṣḥaq is mentioned on two occasions. The fragment is quite small but displays the inner crease of what was likely a bigger bifolium. Date: 16th c or later.
