מכתב בעל מטרה משפטית, בערבית-יהודית. תיארוך: המאה ה-11 או ה-12. נשלח על ידי כותב לא מזוהה אל פרנס מסוים המשמש כנאמן בית הדין. השולח מבקש מן הנמען בדחיפות לשלוח לקרוא לסוחרים יעקב המכונה אבן אל-סטוח מטריפולי (לוב) ולבן לווייתו בדרך, יעקב בן זכרי אל-נפוסי, העתידים לצאת בקרוב לתימן. ברשותו של אחד מהם נמצא גט שיש למסור לפני יציאתו לדרך. Princeton Geniza Project description: IB VII, 21. Letter with a legal purpose. In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: 11th or 12th century. From an unidentified sender to a certain parnas, trustee of the court. The sender urgently asks the addressee to send for the merchants Yaʿaqov known as Ibn al-Suṭūḥ from Tripoli (Libya) and his traveling companion Yaʿaqov b. Zikrī al-Nafūsī who are soon to depart for Yemen. One of them has a bill of divorce with him that must be delivered before he travels.
