מכתב מנהראי בן נסים, מאלכסנדריה, אל יוסף בן עלי הכהן פאסי בפוסטאט. נכתב סביב שנת 1055. עוסק במסחר בברזל ובמטבעות, ובמיוחד ברבעי דינרים ביזנטיים. לפי גיל. תעתיקו של אודוביץ' שונה מהתעתיק המוקדם יותר של ברנרד דב שפירא, ולפיכך הופקה מהדורה המבוססת על תעתיקו של אודוביץ' כטקסט-יסוד, תוך ציון ההבדלים בין שני התעתיקים בכוכבית, והבאת קריאתו של שפירא בסוגריים בסוף השורה.
