מסמך משפטי. שטר ויתור נרחב בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. מתוארך: ו' בחשון א'ת"מ למניין השטרות (1128 לסה"נ). לא ברור מדוע, אך ראוי לציון שהמסמך תוארך בעבר ל-1130 לסה"נ. ח'לף/חלפון בן יוסף אבן קשקוש מצהיר כי אין לו כל תביעות שהן כנגד אבו אלבקאא אלעזר בן אביתר אלאהוואזי, וזאת לאחר הסדרת ענייני ירושתה של אשתו. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Large release in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Dated: 6 Heshvan 1440 Seleucid (1128 CE). It is unclear why, but worth noting that this document was previously dated in the PGP as 1130 CE. Khalaf/Ḥalfon b. Yosef Ibn Qashqūsh declares to have no claims whatsoever against Abū l-Baqāʾ Elʿazar b. Evyatar al-Ahwāzī after the settlement of the inheritance of his wife. (Information from Goitein's index card.)
