הסכם שבו אהרן בן שמריה הכהן ונסים בן יעקב, שרכשו מחצית בית ממכי בן אבו סהל תמורת שישים דינרים, משכירים לו את הנכס בחזרה בדמי שכירות של 3 דינרים לשנה, לתקופה של עשר שנים. אם עד תום תקופת ההסכם ישיב להם את מלוא סכום המכירה המקורי (60 דינרים), יחזירו לו את הבעלות על הנכס; ואם לא יעשה כן, יהיו רשאים למכרו הלאה. למעשה מדובר בהלוואה בריבית, כשדמי השכירות מהווים את הריבית. מקום: אלכסנדריה. תאריך: 3 בנובמבר 1103.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Agreement in which Aharon b. Shemarya ha-Kohen and Nisim b. Ya'aqov, who bought half a house from Makki b. Abu Sahl for sixty dinars, rent it back to him, for 3 dinars a year, for a period of ten years. If by the end of the contract he gives them back to full price of the original sale (60 dinars) - they will transfer the property back to himl; if not, they are allowed to sale it forward. This is infact a loan with interest - the rent is the interest. Location: Alexandria. Dated: November 3, 1103 CE.
