שריד (פינה שמאלית עליונה) של מכתב הממוען לרב הגדול יצחק בן שמואל. השולח מציין כי צירף מכתב לנגיד. שאר הטקסט מקוטע מאוד, ומופיע בו אזכור של "ולדי" (בני) ושל עניין כלשהו שהחל בימי "סיידנא" (אדוננו). בצד האחורי מופיע מבחר פסוקים מן המקרא. (המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין.)
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment (upper left corner) of a letter addressed to the great rabbi (ha-Rav ha-Gadol) Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel. The sender has enclosed a letter to the Nagid. The rest is very fragmentary, something about waladī and something that begin in the time of Sayyidnā. On verso there is a selection of biblical passages. (Information from Goitein's index card.)
