סופה של עתירה בכתב ערבי. מבקשים בה רשות להיכנס למצרים בשם קבוצת אנשים. בכתב יד אחר, רשומים מספר עשרות שמות בשולי הצד הקדמי (recto) וכן בצד האחורי (verso); ייתכן שמדובר בשמות העותרים, או לחלופין ברשימה עצמאית בלתי קשורה (לדוגמה, רשימת חלוקת צדקה). (חלק מן המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין.)
Princeton Geniza Project description: End of a petition in Arabic script. Asking for permission to enter Egypt on behalf of a group of people. In a different hand, there are several dozen names written in the margins of recto and on verso; these may be the names of the petitioners or alternatively an independent list (e.g., alms distribution list).
