מסמך משפטי בכתב ערבי, המתאר נכס שככל הנראה הועמד כבטוחה או הוצא בחכירה. כתב היד יפהפה. בין שאר ציוני הדרך המוזכרים בו נזכר מסחד מאלכ אבן שראחיל בכולאן (مسجد مالك بن شراحيل). לפי ח'אן (ALAD), מדובר במסמך המתעד מתן הלוואת עָארִיָה של נכס, שבו מקבל ההצעה מאשר ומקבל את תנאי המסמך: "אקרّ בד'לכ כלّה וקבל מנה". המסמך טעון בחינה נוספת. הצד הקדמי שימש בשנית לרישום פיוט בעברית. חיפוש איחודים ב-FGP מעלה עשרות פרגמנטים הדומים לצד האחורי וכוללים כתב ערבי בצד השני. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document, in Arabic script. Describing a property, probably put up as collateral or for lease. Beautifully written. Among other landmarks, mentions the mosque of Mālik b. Sharāḥīl in Kawlān (مسجد مالك بن شراحيل). [Khan, ALAD: "a document recording the granting of a loan ʿāriyya of property, in which the offeree of the loan acknowledges and accepts the terms of the document, 'aqarra bi-dhalika kullihi wa-qabila minhu'."] Needs further examination. Reused on recto for a piyyut in Hebrew. FGP Joins Suggestions yields dozens of fragments that resemble verso and that have Arabic script on the other side.
