מכתב מאת אלחנן בן שמריה, המכנה את עצמו בפתח המכתב פשוט "ראש הסדר", אל המתפללים בבית מוהוב, ובהם חוסיין החזן. במכתב הוא שולח להם ברכות ומעביר הנחיות לקראת חג הפורים, ומפציר בהם לתת מתנות לאביונים. בגוף המכתב משולב ציטוט מישעיהו ס"ו, כ"ב. בצדו השני של הדף נמצאת יצירה פיוטית. לפי מאן (Jews, כרך II, עמ' 40–41).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Elḥanan b. Shemarya, who refers to himself simply as Rosh ha-Seder at the beginning of the letter, to those who pray at the house of Mawhūb, including Ḥusayn the cantor, sending blessings and instructions for Purim and exhorting them to give gifts to the poor.
