מסמך משפטי העוסק במקרה של הוצאת דיבה. המקום: חלב. התאריך: תשרי 1326 למניין השטרות (= 1014 לספירה). אדם נכבד היה חשוד ב"החזקת נער מוסלמי" (ע'ולאם). מוזכרים [...] בן אלחנן וסירוב לקבל סִעַאיה (עבודה המוטלת על עבד לצורך השגת חירותו). חתום על ידי לפחות 13 אנשים, ביניהם: [...] בן יצחק, אברהם בן יפת, שבת בן נעמאן, שלמה בן אפרים הכהן, [... בן מנ]צור ו[... בן] יפת. בתחתית — שרבוטים ותרגילי קולמוס.
