מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ). ככל הנראה הודאה על חוב. המסמך עוסק באבו סעד המנוח, אשר הוריש מחצית מ-50 חבילות (של פשתן) לשותפו ואחיו אליה, ואת המחצית השנייה לשני ילדיה של אחותו סת אלאהל — מרים ואבו אלחסן. גרשון וייס (שלא ידע על הצירוף עם הקטע הנוסף) מסביר כי אבו אלחסן אליהו, אחיינו ושותפו ככל הנראה של אבו סעד, העיד שצוואת המנוח הורתה כי ירושת חבילות הפשתן שלו תועבר לאמו ולאחותו של אליהו. אליהו שימש כמוציא לפועל של צוואת אבו סעד; הוא והנהנים הסכימו שהירושה תשולם בתשלומים. כמו כן יש שחרור משאר ההתחייבויות, פרט לחוב המוכר במסמך זה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100-1138 CE). Acknowledgment of debt? Concerns the late Abū Saʿd, who willed half of 50 bales (of flax) to his partner and brother Eliyya and the other half to the two children (Miryam and Abū l-Ḥasan) of his sister Sitt al-Ahl. Gershon Weiss (who did not know about the join with T-S 12.571) explains that Abū l-Ḥasan Eliyyahu, the nephew and likely partner of Abū Saʿd, testified that the latter's will instructed that his inheritance of bales of flax would go to Eliyyahu's mother and sister. Eliyyahu acted as executor of Abū Saʿd's will; he and the beneficiaries agreed that the inheritance would be paid in installments.
