מסמך משפטי. גט בכתב ידו של שלמה ב"ר אליהו הדיין, פוסטאט. מתוארך: ה' בסיוון התשפ"ד לסֶלֶוקוס (=ה' בסיוון 1524 לשטרות, 26 במאי 1213). הגט הזה הוא אחד מבין ארבעים גיטין השמורים תחת אותו סימן מדף. הקטע בעל צורה לא סדירה למדי, והיעדר החתימות מעיד על כך שהגירושין לא הושלמו במעמד זה; הם הוכרעו סופית כחודשיים מאוחר יותר במסמך אחר. הגט נועד להיערך בין מֻפַצַ'ל ב"ר משולם ובין נסַבּ בת מנצור, אשר אביה מכונה במסמך זה בשמו הערבי, ואילו במסמך המסיים את הגירושין הוא נזכר בשמו העברי אלעזר. כתב ידו של שלמה ב"ר אליהו במסמך זה גרוע למדי. בצדו השני של הקטע מופיעה פתקה מאת אבו אלבַּיַאן ובה בקשה להעתיק את ספרו (מֻצחַף). Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Bill of divorce in the hand of Shelomo b. Eliyyahu ha-Dayyan, Fusṭāṭ. Dated: 5 Sivan 1524 (26 May 1213). This bill of divorce is one of forty under the T-S 10J2 shelfmark. The fragment is rather irregularly shaped, and the lack of signatures indicates that the divorce was not finalized; it was later completed two months later in NLI 577.4/27. The divorce was to be between Mufaḍḍal b. Mesullam and Nasab bt. Manṣūr, whose father is referred to in this document by his Arabic name, and in the completed bill by his Hebrew name Elʿazar. Shelomo b. Eliyyahu's handwriting in this document is quite poor. The verso contains a note from Abū l-Bayān asking to copy his codex (muṣḥaf).
