רקטו: שטר מתנה שבו בית בקצר אלשמע (חצר היוונים בפוסטאט) ניתן על ידי [יצחק] בן אברהם לבתו סתאנה, אשתו של מבשר בן ע'אלב. הבית מתואר כגובל בבתיהם של אבו יחיי (אבו יחיי) הערל, יושענא (יושענא) הערל — שניהם נוצרים — וכן "עבודה זרה שללעבאד" (עבדה זרה שללעבאד). העדים הם שלמה בן עלי ודוד בן צמח. השטר נושא תאריך י"ג באייר בשנת 126[.] למניין שטרות (כלומר 948–958 לספירה). ורסו: טקסט אלכימי המזכיר סיר בישול ואת המרכיבים הבאים: עופרת, זרניך (ארסן), שתן, כסף, חלבון ביצה, מלח ודם. צורף למסמך נוסף.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Bill of gift, in which a house in Qaṣr al-Šamʿ is given by [Isaa]c b. Abraham to his daughter Sittāna, the wife of Mevasser b. Ḡalib. The house is described as abutting the houses of Abū Yaḥyā (אבו יחיי) the uncircumcised, Yošaʿnaʾ (יושענא) the uncircumcised (both Christians), and Avodah Zerah Šalalʿabʾad (עבדה זרה שללעבאד). Witnessed by Shelomo b. 'Eli and David b. Ṣemaḥ. Dated Iyyar 13th, 126[.] of the Seleucid Era (= 948-958 CE).
