מסמך משפטי מפוסטאט, מיום רביעי, 21 בשבט 1422 לשטרות = 1 בפברואר 1111. נכתב ונחתם על ידי יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי, וחתום גם בידי פרחיה בן שלמה. המסמך נפתח בהזכרת בתי הדין של קהיר ופוסטאט ובסמכותו של הנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה. מדובר בהצהרה שמוסר הצבע הביזנטי (אלצבّאע' אלרומי) דוד בן אברהם לטובת יצחק בן נתנאל הלוי, ועניינה פירוק שותפות שהתקיימה בין דוד בן אברהם לבין שני אנשים מקומיים, שאחד מהם מכונה דמיאטי, כלומר יוצא דמיאט. במסמך מוזכרים גם השמות אבו אלמנא בן אבו אלפרג', ואבו אסחאק אברהם בן סימן טוב. הצירוף בין הקטעים נעשה על ידי אלן אלבאום.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Location: Fustat. Dated: Wednesday, 21 Shevaṭ 1422 = 1 February 1111 CE. Written and signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel ha-Sefaradi (the Spaniard); also signed by Peraḥya b. Shelomo. Opens by invoking the courts of Cairo and Fustat and the authority of the Nagid Mevorakh b. Saʿadya. Declaration made by the Byzantine dyer (al-ṣabbāgh al-rūmī) David b. Avraham in favor of Yiṣḥaq b. Netanʾel ha-Levi. It is a dissolution of a partnership between David b. Avraham and two local people of whom one is called Dimyāṭī, i.e., of Damietta. Also mentions the names Abū l-Munā b. Abū l-Faraj, and Abū Isḥāq Avraham b. Siman Ṭov.
