שטר מכר של חלק מבית. מקום: אלכסנדריה. מתוארך: עשור אחרון של חשוון ד'תתקס"ה לבריאת העולם = אוקטובר 1204. שלושה חלקים בבית בשווי 30 דינרים (שווי הבית כולו 240 דינרים) נמכרים עבור יתומים, ונערכים מסמכים בעברית ובערבית לעדות על העסקה. שמות הנזכרים בשטר: אבו אלבקאא הכהן ואבו אלמפצ'ל. חתומים: המלמד יהודה בן אהרן הרופא (אבן אלעמאני) ויפת בן משה. אישרו את השטר: אנטולי בן יוסף, אליה בן זכריה ושלמה בן חלפון.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Deed of sale of a part of a house. Location: Alexandria. Dated: last decade of Ḥeshvan 4965 AM = October 1204 CE. Three shares of a house worth 30 dinars (total house worth 240 dinars) are sold for infants and Hebrew and Arabic documents are made out as testimony. Names mentioned: Abū l-Baqāʾ al-Kohen and Abū l-Mufaḍḍal. Signed by the teacher Yehuda b. Aharon the physician (Ibn al-ʿAmmānī). and Yefet b. Moshe. Validated by Anatoli b. Yosef, Eliyya b.
