כתובה רבנית מתוארכת לשנת [13]56 לשטרות, היא שנת 1044/45 לספירה. החתן: ת'אבת בן יעקב. הכלה: [...] בת אבו אלפרג' (על פי רישום התיוק בגב המסמך). במסמך מוזכר סכום של 20 דינרים, אולם הצד הימני של הכתובה חסר, ולכן קשה לשחזר את הסכומים של כל אחד מרכיבי תשלומי הנישואין (מוהר, נדוניה ותוספת). בין החתומים כעדים: [...] בן חלפון; בנימין בן מבורך הכהן; יפת בן דוד החזן; שלמה בן יוסף. חלק מן המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין.
