שאלה שהוגשה ל"סיידנא", ככל הנראה ראש קהילת הקראים, בעניין מקרה שהובא בפני המושל או ראש המשטרה (ואלי) של אלכסנדריה. אחד מיריביו של הכותב היה אבן אללחאם, ששהה תחת חרם נידוי במשך 25 שנה לאחר שהוליד ילד מאישה שלא הייתה כשרה (על פי ההלכה הקראית). הבן הוא כיום חבר בקהילה. המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין. ייתכן שמדובר באותו כתב יד כמו במסמך אחר (PGPID 17396).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Question submitted to "sayyidnā," it seems the Head of the Karaite community, about a case that had come before the governor/chief of police (wālī) of Alexandria. One of the writer's opponents was Ibn al-Laḥḥām, who had been under a ban of excommunication for 25 years for having a child with a woman lacking kashrut (according to Karaite law).
