רשימה של 36 שמות, כולם פותחים בכינוי "אלשיח' אבו […]". הרשימה נכתבה על שלוש רצועות נייר אנכיות. גויטיין מעריך שזמן החיבור הוא מתקופת הנגיד דוד הראשון בן אברהם בן הרמב"ם, מאחר שמוזכר בה "רבנו דוד" (השם נמחק בקו), והשם מחרז (אולי מֻחַ'רַז?) מופיע גם במסמך אחר משנת 1241. Princeton Geniza Project description: List of 36 names, all beginning with al-Shaykh Abū […]. Written on three vertical strips of paper. Goitein estimates the date to be from the time of the Nagid David I Maimonides, since it mentions "Rabbenu David" (crossed out) and the name מחרז (Muḥarraz?) appears also in T-S K15.25 from 1241 CE.
