מסמך משפטי. ככל הנראה כתובה, המנוסחת בנוסחאות דומות לאלו שבמסמך אחר (PGPID 4329). קטע קטן מתחתית המסמך. מוזכרים בו "בנו" או "בתו" של הקאדי הידוע בשם אבן שערה, אדם בשם שבתי, ואישה בשם סת אלתג'אר. ייתכן שכתב היד של הסופר מוכר ממקורות אחרים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Probably a marriage contract (ketubba); similar formulae as in T-S NS J363 (PGPID 4329). Small fragment from the bottom. Mentions either "his son" or "the daughter of" the qāḍī known as Ibn Shaʿra, a certain Shabbetay, and a certain Sitt al-Tujjār. The scribe's hand may be known.
