מכתב מברהון בן צאלח אלתאהרתי, השוהה בברקה, אל נהראי בן נסים בפסטאט. התיארוך המשוער הוא סביב 1045 לספירה. ברהון מתאר באריכות ובפירוט רב את חילוקי הדעות בינו לבין אדם שהיה שותפו העסקי בסחר בטקסטיל. ככל הנראה, לאחר שהותו באלכסנדריה המשיך ברהון בנסיעתו לברקה. המידע מבוסס על גיל, מלכות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Barhūn b. Ṣāliḥ al-Tāhartī, in Barqa to Nahray b. Nissim, in Fustat. Dating: ca. 1045 CE. Barhūn writes at length and in detail about his disagreement with a person who was his business partner for trading textiles. It seems that after his stay in Alexandria, Barhūn traveled to Barqa.
