רישום של עדות שנמסרה בבית הדין, בכתב ידו של הסופר הלל בן עלי. תיארוך: בערך 1095 לספירה, ובמסגרת רחבה יותר 1066–1108 לספירה, על פי שנות פעילותו של הלל בן עלי. במסמך מתועד כי פרחיה בן יעקב הופיע בבית הדין והקדיש את החצר שבבעלותו לשני בתי הכנסת — של הירושלמים (הארץ-ישראלים) ושל הבבליים. שכר הדירה המתקבל מן החצר נועד להוצאה על שמן לשני בתי הכנסת, בחלקים שווים. מאחר שנפלו במסמך טעויות רבות מדי, ככל הנראה החליט הסופר לכתוב אותו מחדש, ואפשר שזו הסיבה לכך שהמסמך נותר ללא חתימה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Record of a deposition in court, written in the hand of the scribe Hillel b. ʿEli. Dating: ca. 1095 CE and, more broadly, 1066–1108 CE based on the years when Hillel b. ʿEli was active. The record states that Perahya b. Ya'aqov appeared in court and dedicated his compound to the two synagogues, of the Palestinians and the Babylonians. The rent of the compound is to be spent on oil for the two synagogues, in equal parts. Since there were too many errors in this document, the scribe probably decided to write it again, and that is perhaps the reason why the document is unsigned.
