Signed by [...] b. Netanel ha-Levi. The addendum (validation?) mentions the names of the witnesses Ahuv b. Yeshuʿa and Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen and is signed by Natan b. Shemuel he-Ḥaver (ZL) and Ḥiyya b. Yiṣḥaq.
