רשימה בכתב ידו של נסים בן יצחק אלתאהרתי, מתוארכת לסביבות 1050, שנכתבה עבור עצמו ועבור נהראי בן נסים. הפתק מתעד פרטים של משלוח חרוזים, פנינים ושעווה. מחציתו של הפתק כתובה באותיות עבריות והמחצית השנייה באותיות ערביות. צדו השני של הדף ריק. המידע מבוסס על גיל ועל הטקסטים המודפסים של גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Note in the hand of Nissim b. Iṣḥaq al-Tāhartī, ca. 1050, written for himself and for Nahray b. Nissim. Records details of a shipment of beads, pearls and wax. Half of the note is in Hebrew characters and the other half is in Arabic characters. Verso is blank. See Goitein notes linked below.
