מסמך משפטי. לפי אשתור, מדובר ב"הסכם הנוגע לייבום, מהמחצית השנייה של המאה ה-15". אולם הבסיס לתיארוך אינו ברור, והמילה שאשתור קרא ואלייבום היא ככל הנראה ואלדכול, ובמקרה זה מדובר בהסכם הנוגע לאירוסין. ההסכם (אך לא הנישואין עצמם) הוא בין מהד'ב' בן רצ'יי לבין שֻקרה אשת פרג' אללה בן יעקוב; הבעל פרג' אללה היה אף הוא נוכח והביע את הסכמתו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. According to Ashtor, "an agreement concerning a levirate marriage, second half of the 15th century." However the basis for the dating is not clear, and the word which Ashtor read as ואלייבום is probably ואלדכול, in which case this is an agreement concerning an engagement. The agreement (though not the marriage) is between Muhadhdhab b. Raḍiyy and Shuqra the wife of Farajallāh b. Yaʿqūb; the husband Farajallāh was also present and consented.
