רקטו (שימוש משני): רישום בית דין שנכתב ונחתם בידי נתן בן שלמה הכהן (1125–1150). במסמך נקבע כי בעל הנוסע אל הריף חייב לשהות בביתו שבועיים, ואינו רשאי להיעדר יותר מחודש, ובמהלך תקופת היעדרותו עליו לשלם לאשתו את הוצאותיה מדי שבוע. אם לא יעמוד בכך, עליו למסור לה מיד את מתנת הנישואין הסופית (מאוחר הכתובה) במלואה — כלומר לגרשה. מצדה, האשה מתחייבת למלא את חובותיה כדי להימנע מן הגירושין. הצד הימני של המסמך קרוע, ולא ניתן לקבוע מהו היקף החלק האבוד. Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Court record written and signed by Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen (1125–50). Wherein it is stipulated that a husband who travels to the Rif is required to stay home for two weeks and is not permitted to absent himself for more than a month, during which he has to pay his wife her expenses every week. If he fails to do so, he has to deliver to her the final marriage gift immediately and in full (that is, divorce her). She promises to fulfill her duties in order to avoid divorce.
