קטע מסופו של מסמך משפטי. נכתב בפוסטאט, מתוארך לעשור האחרון של חודש אדר בשנת 14[..] למניין השטרות — כלומר בין השנים 1089–1188 לספירה. נערכו ממנו שני עותקים, ואולי שלושה: עותק לכל אחד מהצדדים ואחד נוסף שנשמר בידי בית הדין. המסמך עוסק במכירת בית, ומוזכרים בו הקונה [...] בן צדקה ואבו אל-חסן, אחיו של אדם שנפטר. ייתכן שמדובר באנשים המתחייבים לפנות את הנכס, או שמא המונח "אנתקאל" מתייחס להעברת החזקה בנכס מיד ליד.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment from the end of a legal document. Location: Fustat. Dated: last decade of Adar 14[..] Seleucid = 1089–1188 CE. Two copies were made, or perhaps three, one for each party and one to be kept by the court. Concerns the sale of a house, mentioning the buyer [...] b. Ṣedaqa and Abū l-Ḥasan the brother of the deceased man. May refer to people promising to leave the property, or intiqāl could refer to the transfer of possession.
