Princeton Geniza Project description: Bifolio of accounts in Judaeo-Arabic and some Arabic, probably of a grocer. Mentions items including sesame oil, hazelnut, sugar, bread, cheese, rice, sumac, ʿaqīd of almond (though this is written out לוז עקיד rather than עקיד לוז), rose, cucumber, apple, an ublūja of sugar, pomegranate seeds. Mentions people such as Ṣibyān; Ibn al-Ramlī; the beadle of the synagogue (khādim al-kanīs); the clothier (al-bazzāz) Abū l-ʿAysh; the house of Abū l-Faḍl.
