Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#114) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 37r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 27 Iyyar 5327 AM (1567 CE). Purchase agreement between Sulaymān b. Shemuʾel Shuqayr al-Kohen and ʿAbd al-Karīm b. Yaḥya Fayruz. The latter party sells a cauldron/kettle and a copper pot that are probably related to cheese production based on the mention of אלגבן in the interlinear addition. The additional words in between the lines 21-22 may be other cooking items but require further examination because they are not as clearly rendered. MCD.
