שבר קטן (תרגיל כתיבה לקולופון?) המכיל את שמו של שמואל בן יפת (עבד האל הקטן בישראל בר יפת שמואל), שהוא כנראה אותו אדם כבו אל-פד'ל בן אל-חסן אל-ישראאיל (כתוב בכתב ערבי מתחת). ישנן גם מספר מילים בעברית ברקטו המתייחסות לאל השוכן על הכרובים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment (writing practice for a colophon?) containing the name of Shemuʾel b. Yefet (עבד האל הקטן בישראל בר יפת שמואל) who is probably the same as Bū l-Faḍl b. al-Ḥasan al-Isrāʾīlī (written in Arabic script underneath). There are also a few words in Hebrew on recto referring to God who is enthroned on the cherubs.
