רשומה משפטית (#86) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דפים 29v-30r של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך כ"ח חשוון ה'שכ"ה (1564 לספה"נ). הסכם אירוסין חלקי של סית אל-אהל בת יצחק פירוז ויהושע בן אליהו הכהן. סית אל-אהל טרם נישאה ותשלומי הנישואין המפורטים הם: 50 כסף + 25 פרחים. השורות האחרונות של תנאי האירוסין לא נחתמו ונקטעות באמצע משפט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#86) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on ff. 29v-30r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 28 Heshvan 5325 AM (1564 CE). Incomplete betrothal agreement of Sitt al-Ahl bt. Yiṣḥaq Fayrūz and Yeshūʿa b. Eliyyahu ha-Kohen. Sitt al-Ahl is previously unmarried and the marital payments listed are: 50 kesif + 25 peraḥīm. The final lines of the betrothal conditions are unsealed and cut off mid-sentence. MCD.
