רישום משפטי (#80) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדפים 27v–28r). מתוארך ה' באב ה'שכ"ה (1565 לסה"נ). הסכם פטור והבראה בין בני זוג שהתגרשו זה מקרוב. שרה בת הארון אלקֻדסי משחררת את בעלה לשעבר עבד אלמעטי בן ח'צ'ר אלפֻולאד'י מכל תביעה כספית או חומרית נוספת בעקבות גירושיהם, שאירעו באותו ערב עצמו של ה' באב ה'שכ"ה. ככל הנראה הליך הגירושין עצמו נרשם בפנקס בית דין אחר, או שמא רק בשטר גט בודד על דף נפרד, שכן הוא איננו מופיע בפנקס זה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#80) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on ff. 27v-28r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 5 Av 5325 AM (1565 CE). Release agreement between a recently divorced couple. Sarah bt. Hārūn al-Qudsi releases her ex-husband ʿAbd al-Maʿṭī b. Khiḍr al-Fūlādī from any further monetary and material claims following their divorce that same on the evening of 5 Av 5325 AM. The latter legal procedure must have been recorded in a separate court register or perhaps solely on a loose-leaf bill of divorce (given that it does not appear in Yevr.-Arab. I 328). MCD.
