רישום משפטי (#75) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארך לי"ח בסיוון ה'שכ"ה (1565). הסכם שותפות בין שני צורפי זהב: מוסא בן עבד אלבאקי הלוי ורצ'י בן שמואל ברכה. השותפים מסכימים על הסדר של חלוקת רווחים למשך שנתיים ועל התנאים לניהול חנות משותפת. בשורה 11 מוזכר ככל הנראה "אלתראב" (אבק) — ייתכן שמדובר באבק זהב, אך אין במקור ציון מפורש שמדובר במתכת יקרה. השותפים מקבלים על עצמם את תנאי ההסכם בנוכחות אבותיהם של שניהם. למסמך נוסף באותו פנקס בית דין הקשור גם הוא למלאכת הצורפות, ראו רישום #65.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#75) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 26r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 18 Sivan 5325 AM (1565 CE). Partnership agreement between the goldsmiths Mūsa b. ʿAbd al-Bāqī al-Levi and Raḍī b. Shemuʾel Berakha. The partners agree to a two-year profit-sharing arrangement and terms for running a shop together. Gold "dust" is probably mentioned in line 11 (al-turāb) but lacks the direct specification as a precious metal.
