מכתב מאת זכרי אל ר' נתן ב"ר שמואל "הנזר", שממנו שרדה אך ורק הכתובת שעל גב המכתב. תיארוך: בקירוב 1128–1164 לסה"נ, בהתבסס על השנים שבהן היה הנמען פעיל — אם כי ייתכן שניתן לצמצם את טווח התאריכים הזה עוד יותר בהתאם לשנות פעילותו של שולח המכתב. (המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיות המפתח של גויטיין.)
