רשומה משפטית (#66) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 22r של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך י"ד אלול ה'שכ"ד (1564 לספה"נ). יישוב סכסוך זוגי בין שמואל בן יחיא אל-פירוזי וג'ינדייה בת יהודה הלוי, בו שמואל מתחייב שלא להכות את אשתו ולא לקללה, וג'ינדייה מאשרת את מחויבותה לקיום החובות המפורטות בכתובתה. ישנו גם קטע הנוגע לעניין מגורי ג'ינדייה עם משפחתה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#66) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 22r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 14 Elul 5324 CE (1564 CE). Marital dispute resolution between spouses: Shemuʾel b. Yaḥya al-Fayrūzī and Jindīya bt. Yehuda ha-Levi, in which Shemuʾel agrees not to strike or curse his wife and Jindīya affirms her commitment to upholding the duties outlined in her ketubba.
