רישומים שונים. בראש פני הקלף מופיעה רשימה של כלי כתיבה: "לוח וקסת ועט ומידאד (דיו) ומחברת וקודקס וקערה". מתחת לרשימה מופיע תקבּיל (פתיחה של עתירה) מתחילתה של פטיציה. מתחת מופיע המשפט "מכארם בן סייד אלכֻּלّ הופיע (בפני בית הדין)". אותו מכארם תרגל את חתימת העדות שלו מספר פעמים בצד האחורי של הקלף; נראה שהוא כותב את "סייד אלכֻּלّ" עם שי"ן ולא עם סמ"ך.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Various jottings. The top of recto contains a list of writing equipment: "tablet and inkpot and pen and ink (midād) and notebook and codex and bowl." Underneath there is a taqbīl from the beginning of a petition. Underneath the phrase "Makārim b. Sayyid al-Kull appeared (before the court). The same Makārim has practiced his witness signature multiple times on verso; he seems to write Sayyid al-Kull with a shin rather than a samekh. Probably a join with T-S NS 271.34 (PGPID 41507).
