רישום משפטי (מס' 9) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארך ט' בכסלו ה'שכ"א (1560). מדובר ביישוב סכסוך בין בני זוג, והטקסט נושא תיקונים והגהות רבים מידי הסופר. אברהם הכהן מופיע בפני בית הדין בבית הכנסת דאר סמחה יחד עם עבד אלמעטי אלפולאדי, חמיו, וכן עם חמותו, ששמה אינו נזכר במפורש. אברהם מעיד ומתחייב שלא ישוב להכות או לקלל את אשתו, ואילו היא מצדה מתחייבת שלא תיקח את בתם להתגורר במשק בית אחר, בין אצל קרובים ובין אצל זרים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#9) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 5r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 9 Kislev 5321 AM (1560 CE). Marital dispute resolution, with heavy edits by the scribe. Avraham ha-Kohen appears before the beit din in Dār Simḥa Synagogue with ʿAbd al-Maʿatī al-Fulādī, his father-in-law and his mother-in-law, who is not directly named. Avraham testifies that he will no longer strike or curse his wife, and she pledges not to take their daughter to live with another household (whether relatives or non-relatives). MCD.
