קטע מעותק לא מתוארך, אך כנראה קדום למדי (אולי מהמאה ה-8/14), של הספר השלישי של "אלקאנון פי אלטב" (החוק ברפואה) לאבן סינא. מדובר בחלק מן הפצל הראשון (في تشريح العين — באנטומיה של העין) של המקאלה הראשונה מן הפן השלישי שבספר השלישי. תוכנו מקביל לזה שבמהדורת בולאק, חלק ii, עמ' 108-109.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment from an undated but quite early copy (possibly 8th/14th century) of the third book of the Qānūn of Ibn Sīnā.
