ביפוליו מתוך פנקס בית דין, ככל הנראה מאותו פנקס שממנו הגיעו חמישה ביפוליו נוספים השמורים בשמורה אחרת. בסך הכול כוללים ששת הביפוליו עד 38 מסמכים, אך המספר הממשי כנראה נמוך יותר משום שרישומים רצופים מסוימים, המשתרעים על פני מספר עמודי פנקס, טרם זוהו זה עם זה. תיארוך: הרישומים בעמוד זה הם מאדר א' ואדר ב' שנת ה'תנ"ג, היינו 1693 לסה"נ. מקום: קהיר. השם גבריאל קונפורטי מופיע לאחר רישומים רבים בתפקיד "עד שני". צד ימין של הרקטו: (מסמך מס' 1) רישום לא שלם, ובו השורות האחרונות של שותפות או הסכם בין שלושה צדדים. (מס' 2) הצהרת שכיב מרע של יהודה דירולו (דירולו) המכונה דאנון, הנוגעת למגוון חובות ולהסדרים לקבורתו. (מס' 3) שידוכין בין ריינה בת יצחק פורטוגז לבין יצחק בן יעקב מצליח. צד שמאל של הרקטו (מסמך מס' 4): פסק דין בנוגע לסכסוך שותפות בין יצחק עמנואל לשמואל סלמון(?). השורות הראשונות מפרטות את ההסדרים הכספיים ואת נוהלי ניהול הרישומים בין השותפים. מטרת הרישום מתבהרת החל משורה 26, שם מצוין סכסוך ביניהם, ובהמשך טוען השותף שמואל כי היה "אנוס" באופן כלשהו, ובכך הופרו תנאי הרצון של השותפות. בית הדין מציין כי בדק את העניין ומצא שלא אירעה הפרה כזו של השותפות. חתימות שלושת הדיינים שישבו בדין הועתקו לפנקס בית הדין בסוף רישום פסק הדין: ישראל רומאנו, דוד חיים בית-הל[..]ס ומשה ויטאל. (מס' 5) העתק כתובה שקוצרה במקומות מסוימים לצורך ייעול הרישום בפנקס בית הדין. הכלה: נחמה בת יצחק נווארו. החתן: אברהם בן משה מאגורו/מאיורו. חלק מן הכתובה ורשימת הנדוניה המלאה ממשיכים בצד ימין של הוורסו, וכוללים מגוון רחב של פריטים ובגדים מקושטים בזהב, כסף, אבני חן ופרוות. צד שמאל של הוורסו: (מסמך מס' 6) מסמך ירושה לא שלם שנערך לאחר מותו של אדם המופיע רק בשמו הפרטי, ישראל, וייתכן שהוא אותו ישראל הכהן הנזכר ברישום מס' 7. הרישום מפרט הליכי ירושה מורכבים בין שלושת ילדיו של ישראל: ריקה (אולי אלמנתו), נתן (בן המנוח?), ויוסף (חמיו של נתן). (מס' 7) שותפות השקעה בין מרדכי ואהרן, בניו של ישראל הכהן המנוח, יחד עם שותפים נוספים: נתן בן-אפרים, יעקב הלוי ומשה הכהן.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Bifolio from a court register, probably from the same pinqas as T-S K22.27 (the latter shelfmark contains five bifolios). Altogether, the six bifolios comprise as many as 38 documents, but the actual total is likely lower because some contiguous entries have yet to be identified in instances where they span multiple pages of the pinqas. Dating: the entries on T-S K25.140.2 are from Adar I and Adar II 5453, which is 1693 CE. Location: Cairo. The name Gabriel Conforte appears after many of the entries as the "second witness." Right side of recto: (Document #1) Incomplete entry with the final lines of a partnership or an agreement involving three parties; (#2) Deathbed declaration of Yehuda DiRolo (דירולו) aka Danon involving a variety of debts and arrangements for his burial. (#3) Engagement of Reyna bt. Yiṣḥaq Portugez and Yiṣḥaq b. Yaʿacov Meṣlīḥ. Left side of recto (Document #4): Psaq dīn involving a partnership dispute between Yiṣḥaq ʿImmanuʾel and Shemuʾel Salmūn(?). The opening lines detail the financial arrangements and recordkeeping procedures for the partners. The purpose of the entry becomes clear beginning in line 26 where a dispute between them is noted and later on the partner Shemuʾel claims that he has been "forced" (אנוס) in some way, breaking the volition terms of the partnership. The court then notes that it investigated the matter and found that no such violation of the partnership took place. The signatures of the three presiding dayyanīm were copied into the court register at the end of the psaq dīn entry: Yisrael Romano, David Ḥayyim Beit-Hal[..]s, and Moshe Viṭal. (#5) Copy of a kettuba that has been abbreviated in certain places to streamline the court register entry. Bride: Neḥama bt. Yiṣḥaq Navarro. Groom: Avraham b. Moshe Magoro/Majoro. Part of the ketubba and full dowry list continues on the right side of the verso with a vast array of items/clothing adorned with gold, silver, gemstones, and furs. Left side of verso: (Document #6) Incomplete inheritance document following the death of someone only listed with the first name Yisraʾel, but possibly the same Yisraʾel ha-Kohen who is mentioned in entry 7. Entry six details complex inheritance procedures between Yisraʾel's three children, Riqa (possibly his widow), Natan (a son of the deceased?), and Yosef (Natan's father-in-law). (#7) An investment partnership between Mordekhay and Aharon, sons of the deceased Yisraʾel ha-Kohen, with the other partners: Natan Ben-Efrayim, Yaʿaqov ha-Levi, and Moshe ha-Kohen. MCD.
