רישום משפטי (#62) מתוך פנקס בית דין רבני בקהיר. כתוב בעברית. מיקום: קהיר. מתוארך ב-ב' באב תמוז ה'תמ"ג, היינו 1683 לסה"נ. (מסמך #62) הסכם שחרור עסקי שבו מעורבים: משה בן יעקב גומץ, בנימין לופס בלנדון (תושב ליבורנו), יעקב גומץ, ובנימין לופס (תושב אלכסנדריה). האב והבן, משה ויעקב גומץ, רשומים כתושבי קהיר. בנימין לופס (מאלכסנדריה) מצוין כחתנו של יעקב גומץ. משה בן יעקב גומץ מתחייב שלא לתבוע ולא לדרוש כל טובת הנאה נוספת בקשר ליחסים העסקיים ולחובות העבר מול בנימין לופס בלנדון (מליבורנו). הרישום מציין כי אביו של משה ובנימין לופס (מאלכסנדריה) כבר ביצעו את אותן פעולות משפטיות בהנפיקם לבנימין לופס בלנדון (מליבורנו) שטר שחרור.

Dated 2 Av Tammuz 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #62) Business release agreement involving: Moshe b. Yaʿaqov Gomeṣ, Benyamin Lopes Blandón (a resident of Livorno), Yaʿaqov Gomeṣ, and Benyamin Lopes (a resident of Alexandria). The father and son Moshe and Yaʿaqov Gomeṣ are listed as residents of Cairo. Benyamin Lopes (of Alexandria) is listed as the son-in-law of Yaʿaqov Gomeṣ. Moshe b. Yaʿaqov Gomeṣ commits not to sue or to seek any further benefit from past business relations and debts with Benyamin Lopes Blandón (of Livorno). The entry notes that Moshe's father and Benyamin Lopes (of Alexandria) had already carried out the same legal procedures in issuing Benyamin Lopes Blandón (of Livorno) a deed of release. MCD.
