איגרת בכתב יד קליגרפי שנשלחה אל נכבד, ייתכן שמדובר בנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה, ובה מתבקש הנמען לסייע בידי נתן הכהן — מיופה כוחה המשפטי של משפחת הכותב — להשיג בבית הדין הסדר מיטיב עבור אלמנה וילדיה. לאלמנה מגיעים תשלומי מזונות בשווי עשרה חודשים, ובכלל זה הוצאות הטיפול הרפואי בדלקת עיניים (אופתלמיה) שממנה סבלה. המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיות גויטיין ועל רשימתו הידנית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Calligraphic letter sent to a notable, possibly the Nagid Mevorakh b. Saadya, asking him to help Natan ha-Kohen, the legal representative of the writer's family, to obtain a favorable settlement in court for a widow and her children.
