רקטו: חשבון או קבלה על סחורות. בשורה 1 מוזכר נרד הודי (סאד'ג'/סאד'ג' — מילה שיכולה גם להתפרש כ"פשוט"), ובשורה 2 נזכרת סחורה "גולמית" (ח'אם) כלשהי, אך רובה אבד בשל נזק לכתב היד. כמו כן יש התייחסות לתערובת או למשחה (מַעְג'וּן) ולהוראה "שייטחן" (יֻדַקּ). בוורסו מופיעות כמה שורות ממגילת אסתר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Account or a receipt of goods. Indian spikenard is mentioned in line 1 (سادج/ساذج; this can also mean "simple") and in line 2 a "raw" (خام) good of some sort is mentioned but is mostly lost to damage. Also reference to a paste (maʿjūn) and the instruction "let it be ground" (yudaqq). MCD/ASE On verso there are some lines from Megillat Esther.
