דף מפנקס בית-דין. מכיל ארבעה ערכים שונים, מתוארכים לניסן וסיון 1409 לסלוקוסים (אביב 1098 לספירה). בצד שמאל של הרקטו, תחתון: מסמך בית-דין הנוגע להסכם על חוב בין יפת בן מנשה הנקרא אל-לואז לשלמה בן אברהם הנקרא אל-עסאל. התשלומים אמורים להתחיל באמצע אייר 'שמתאים לאמצע ג'מאדא אל-אוכ'רא'. חתמו: יצחק בן שמואל, אברהם בן שמעיה ונסים בן נהריי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: A leaf from a court register. Contains four different entries, dated to Nissan and Sivan 1409 Sel. (Spring 1098 CE). On left hand side of Recto, bottom, is a court document concerning an agreement about a dect between Yefet b. Menashe known as al-Lawwāz and Shelomo b. Avraham known as al-Assāl. Paymenst should start on mid-Iyyar, "which corresponds to mid-Jumāda al-ukhra". Signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel, Avraham b Shema'ya, and Nissim b. Nahray, who were active, signing documents, at the beginning of the 12th century in Fustat. (Information from Goitein's index cards).
