פתק ביהודית-ערבית ובעברית, אולי נספח למכתב בהתחשב בתוכן ובדפוס קיפול הנייר. המאה ה-16 ואילך על-פי הפליאוגרפיה. הכותב דן ביעקב וח'___[?] בן-בענירה/בענידה. האות 'ח'' שימשה כנראה כאן לציון התואר הרבני 'חכם' ולא שם פרטי. ישנו גם סכום של 400 איש (אולי אס[קודוס]).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Note in Judaeo-Arabic and Hebrew, possibly an addendum to a letter given the content and folding pattern of the paper. 16th-century or later based on the paleography. The writer discusses Yaʿacōv and Ḥ___[?] Ben-Baʿanīra/Baʿanīda.The letter "Ḥ" was likely used here to indicate the rabbinic honorific title "Ḥakham" rather than a first name. There is also a sum of 400 איש (perhaps es[cudos]). MCD.
